Join a healthcare technology team building reliable, scalable machine learning solutions that support real-world clinical workflows. This role is focused on strengthening the pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes that help AI products perform consistently, securely, and efficiently in production.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support machine learning development, testing, version control, and deployment.
  • Deploy ML models as APIs and microservices with attention to performance, stability, and latency.
  • Set up basic monitoring to help track model behavior, data drift, and system health in production.
  • Develop and improve ETL workflows that transform healthcare data into clean, usable datasets for training and inference.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of feature stores and data layers that keep training and production environments aligned.
  • Partner with backend teams to integrate ML outputs into core healthcare applications.
  • Write clear, maintainable Python code and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes to package and orchestrate ML workloads across environments.
  • Follow established security and compliance practices for healthcare data and deployments.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with machine learning systems in production environments.
  • Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
