Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.


Junior Recruiter Job Description:


Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) is seeking a recruiting coordinator to provide professional office support for our recruiting manager and for leadership team initiatives related to technical talent acquisition. As the recruiting coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting recruiting manager by assisting in all facets of our company’s technical staffing efforts. This support role will include interacting with candidates and customers, scheduling interviews, and performing administrative data management and compliance related tasks.


Junior Recruiter Required Skills:


  • Support the recruiting manager for activities related to candidate and requisition management.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (Taleo preferred).
  • Provide interview logistic support and schedule meetings.
  • May assist with searching for and reviewing resumes against job postings.
  • Assist with OFCCP, AAP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain professional and successful working relationships with customers and customers’ administrative support personnel.
  • Liaising with other departments including Security, HR, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible.
  • Schedule, escort, and present candidates to customers in formal interview settings.

 

Junior Recruiter Highly Desirable Skills:


  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in team environment with other staff and customers (flexible, congenial and adaptable).
  • Previous experience in an environment with an emphasis on recruiting and placing software developers and engineers.

Junior Recruiter Additional Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field and/or at least 2 year’s equivalent experience.

·       Travel is not anticipated for this position.

·       Candidate must be U.S. citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen, if needed.
