What does a Junior Java Web Developer do?

A Junior Java Web Developer is responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using Java technologies. They typically work under the guidance of senior developers to write code, fix bugs, and implement new features. Over time, they gain experience in frameworks like Spring or Hibernate and become more involved in designing robust web solutions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Junior Java Web Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Junior Java Web Developer, you need a solid understanding of Java programming, web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a relevant degree or coding bootcamp experience. Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, version control systems such as Git, and basic knowledge of relational databases are typically required.
