- Lead your team in adopting AI-assisted engineering practices by driving experiments that measurably improve productivity, quality, and outcomes while sharing learnings with adjacent teams

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of designing and delivering new products
- 3+ years of experience in Portfolio Accounting, Reconciliation, Market Data, or FinTech application development
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline
- Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably on AWS
- Familiarity with high-availability systems, production on-call practices, and performance monitoring
- Understanding of automated testing strategies across multiple levels
