- Strong development experience in Java (Core Java), Spring, VBA/Excel, Restfull Web services 

- Hands on experience in Database programming (DB scripting, stored procedure, complex queries) in Oracle and Sybase 

- Good domain knowledge in Securities Trading, Collateral, Position, cash and Margin management area 

- Should have knowledge in financial instruments like ETF, Repo, Swap, Derivatives and Equities 

- Hands on experience in Software System Design and Architecture
