We are seeking a talented Java Developer with a strong accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing Java applications and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of the Apache OfBiz platform is a significant plus.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate accounting functionalities into software solutions.
• Utilize the Apache OfBiz platform to enhance and customize business applications.
• Integrate with other systems, APIs, and external databases as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to build functionality within our custom ERP system that satisfies their requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing applications.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the software.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of the solution to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Assist with the training of end-users, providing documentation and user-friendly support.
