Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective teamwork are important soft skills in this role. These competencies enable efficient code development, smooth collaboration, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and project requirements.

Will AI replace Java devs?

AI is unlikely to fully replace Java developers, as they require problem-solving, design, and understanding of complex systems that AI cannot fully replicate.
