.NET Full Stack Developer (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular)Location: Columbia, SC Role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week) - this is subject to change to fully onsite with little to no notice.

Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Project Scope:
Seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical web applications supporting Early Care and Education programs. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise web applications built on Microsoft technologies while contributing to modernization initiatives and ongoing application enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, PrimeNG, SQL Server, and enterprise web application development. This role requires close collaboration with software engineers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and government teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web-based applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Build and support scalable multi-tier web applications using .NET architecture principles.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, PrimeNG, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.
• Design and implement RESTful and WCF-based service integrations.
• Develop and maintain backend business logic using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation activities.
• Participate in application modernization efforts by migrating and enhancing legacy applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, queries, and reports.
• Support source code management, build processes, deployments, and release activities using Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to define system requirements and technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
• Support production environments and assist with issue resolution and application maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing medium-to-large scale applications using .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience building web-based applications using N-tier architectures.

• 2+ years of experience with jQuery.
