CSCI Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Developer / Integration Developer to support enterprise application development, integration, and modernization initiatives. The Full Stack Developer / Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting applications and integrations across multiple platforms, including MuleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, .NET, Java, and SQL-based systems. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external agencies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while helping establish development standards and strengthen the organization's technical capabilities. 

Responsibilities
  • Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the agency
  • Support and maintain existing Dynamics 365 applications and related integrations
  • Support custom applications developed using .NET, Java, and other technologies
  • Support ETPL functionality across multiple applications and Dynamics 365 environments
  • Maintain and support various database technologies utilized across agency systems
  • Design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain, support, and implement Azure web jobs, MuleSoft integrations, and Talend-based data transfer processes
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to improve application performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and partner agencies to define requirements and implement innovative solutions
  • Enhance existing applications within an Agile development environment
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise combined with effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to the establishment of development standards, best practices, and a structured, scalable development team
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar software development role
  • 2+ years of experience developing and supporting MuleSoft integrations and APIs
  • 2+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC and .NET 9.0 development
  • 2+ years of experience programming in C#
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL and relational database technologies
  • 2+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile development environments
  • 2+ years of experience with Java and Spring Framework development
  • Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices
  • Experience integrating applications across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
