We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Core Banking ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java Full Stack development, Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, and AWS, along with experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance banking applications.
The candidate will play a key technical leadership role by driving application design, mentoring development teams, ensuring engineering best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Core Banking applications while providing technical leadership to development teams. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to build scalable microservices-based solutions, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure timely delivery of robust banking applications.5-10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack DevelopmenStrong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring FrameworkExperience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React
Good experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications
Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for event-driven application development
