Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications. The candidate should be capable of designing end-to-end backend systems and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect scalable and fault-tolerant systems using microservices patterns
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Integrate services with databases, messaging systems, and third-party APIs
  • Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, API security)
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Required Technical Skills

  • 5–10 years of strong experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17)
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
