Senior QA Automation Engineer position.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites across front end and back-end systems that span our many product domains. You will work closely with our Product Development teams to ensure quality across APIs, services, integrations, and user-facing applications. This role plays a critical part in validating complex, data rich healthcare workflows that enable a seamless user experience across vaccination management, administration, and billing. Your work will help ensure data integrity, health and safety compliance, and efficient clinical workflows across the platform. - Design and maintain scalable, reliable automated test frameworks
- Assert meaningful quality through automated testing across the stack
- Validate backend systems, integrations, and data-heavy domains
- Advocate for quality ownership and continuous improvement
- Contribute to a culture grounded in trust, collaboration, and delivery excellence
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/experience:-
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test scripts and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in test case management, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with UI automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium or Playwright).
• In-depth knowledge of API testing and data validation.
• BDD experience (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow) is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Work expectations
- Must be able to work from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Travel to Orlando two times per year for in-person meetings.
- Camera-on participation during meetings to support teamwork and transparency.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of quality and proactive delivery advocacy.
- Maintain intellectual curiosity about the business domain to identify quality improvements.
