Global Dimensions is a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are a dynamic and growing organization delivering mission-critical solutions in language and cultural services, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, and specialized operational support to the U.S. Government. Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Junior Intelligence Collection Manager to support a mission-critical program in Quantico, Virginia. This position supports the planning, coordination, management, and assessment of multi-discipline intelligence collection activities in support of operational and strategic mission requirements.
The Junior Intelligence Collection Manager is responsible for managing the intelligence collection process by translating intelligence requirements into actionable collection strategies, coordinating multi-INT collection activities, and ensuring intelligence gaps are addressed through effective collection planning. This position collaborates closely with all-source analysts, collection managers, operational personnel, and Intelligence Community (IC) partners to synchronize intelligence collection efforts supporting Department of Defense and U.S. Marine Corps operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of intelligence collection management principles, intelligence disciplines, and the Intelligence Community collection process while supporting mission planning, operational execution, and decision-making.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive, evaluate, prioritize, and manage intelligence collection requirements in support of operational and strategic objectives.
- Assess intelligence collection resource availability, capabilities, and capacity to support mission requirements.
- Research, develop, coordinate, monitor, and assign intelligence collection requirements across multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Develop and implement Multi-INT collection strategies to address intelligence gaps and support comprehensive intelligence production.
- Design collection plans and recommend operational approaches based on mission objectives, available resources, and collection priorities.
- Evaluate operational courses of action and provide recommendations regarding collection feasibility, effectiveness, and associated risks.
- Utilize technical collection systems and Intelligence Community capabilities independently and collaboratively to satisfy intelligence requirements.
- Assess collected intelligence reporting to determine effectiveness, identify collection gaps, and recommend adjustments to collection strategies.
- Collaborate with all-source analysts to identify new and emerging intelligence requirements.
- Continuously update and refine collection plans based on changing operational priorities and intelligence reporting.
Plan, coordinate, and synchronize collection support for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) operations. Conduct research and analysis of ongoing operations using all-source intelligence to support collection planning. Coordinate with legal, technical, analytical, counterintelligence, and other government organizations to ensure operational integrity and compliance. Provide operational guidance and collection management support throughout the intelligence lifecycle. Prepare and deliver intelligence collection briefings, status updates, and operational recommendations to Government leadership. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of mission objectives.
Required Skills:
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Military Science, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline from an accredited institution; or Four (4) additional years of directly related experience (seven years total) in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience conducting intelligence analysis, collection management, or related intelligence operations, with at least a portion of that experience obtained within the past two (2) years.
- Working knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) collection management processes and intelligence disciplines.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense classification guidance and security procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Apply Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) classification guidance and handling procedures.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage intelligence collection requirements across multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Evaluate intelligence reporting and collection effectiveness to identify gaps, priorities, and opportunities for improved collection.
- Apply logical reasoning when evaluating and synthesizing information from multiple intelligence sources.
- Develop structured research methodologies while maintaining compliance with applicable security and information management protocols.
- Produce timely, accurate, and concise intelligence reports, assessments, studies, collection plans, and briefing materials.
- Clearly communicate complex operational and intelligence issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Recognize inconsistencies, intelligence gaps, and conflicting information, and recommend appropriate collection actions.
- Apply structured analytic techniques, including:

- Understand intelligence collection capabilities, limitations, collection management processes, and the integration of technical and human intelligence collection platforms.

Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), or another Intelligence Community organization.
- Experience supporting operational planning, intelligence operations, or collection management within joint or service-level environments.
- Familiarity with intelligence collection management systems and requirements management tools.
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline collection activities across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT.
