The ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support Space Coast Credit Unionโ€™s IT and business processes. This individual will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing workflows, and integrating the platform with other enterprise systems. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment.

ServiceNow Developer II Responsibilities
  • Own the development of the enterprise platform ecosystem, using ServiceNow to standardize intake, workflow orchestration, CMDB alignment, and cross-platform integrations that enable end-to-end visibility and consistent service delivery.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and integrations.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Assist in upgrading ServiceNow instances and applying patches as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users and junior developers.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending improvements to enhance platform capabilities.
ServiceNow Developer Minimum Requirements
  • Level II: 3 to 5 years prior experience with software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation of core and web based systems following the software development lifecycle, or combination of applicable experience, education, and training which provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform job duties.
  • Service Now Developer skills: Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules. Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues. Experience with testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions. Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills with IT and business stakeholders.
  • A 2-year college degree Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related academic area or equivalent experience is required.
ServiceNow Developer II Compensation

$99,000 - $104,850
