We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications supporting real estate investment management operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in modern web technologies with preferrable knowledge of real estate investment/financial business processes, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities - Application Development Design and build scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React to support invest operations and business intelligence. Develop robust APIs and microservices that integrate with enterprise systems. Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient workflows for Research and Strategy, Transaction teams. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps - Architect and implement IaC solutions using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency across Cloud Platform environments (Azure preferred)

AI-Powered Development - Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar platforms to enhance development productivity. Apply AI code generation and completion capabilities to accelerate feature development while maintaining code quality standards. Integrate AI tools into development workflows and share best practices with the team.

Technical Leadership - Provide technical guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices including effective use of AI development tools. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Expert proficiency in Python, Node.js backend development including Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks
  • Strong React development skills with modern hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component architecture
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking, security, storage, and compute services
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or OpenAI Codex
  • Experience integrating AI code generation into development workflows while maintaining quality and security standards
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Version control expertise with Git and collaborative development workflows

Estimated compensation for this position:

162,700.00 - 199,300.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
