Job description

You will be responsible for production and execution of in-store training, engagement and event materials, across multiple platforms (print collateral, UX/UI, presentations, and environmental/experiential design) to drive engagement, sales and loyalty. Must be able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that are on spec, on time and on brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project managers, fellow designers, and Manager to ensure the development of entry level projects are effective from beginning to completion.
  • Support the creative team with final output, focusing on edits and preparing approved designs for print and digital media when needed.
  • Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of work while managing multiple projects.
  • Asset Management: Update and maintain creative files, CC libraries, and brand assets along with event props.
  • Ensure designs are aligned to evolving brand standards and maintain brand consistency.
  • Keep up with currents trends in marketing, design, and applicable design technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience at an in-house creative department or design agency
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable and quick learner
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with basic proficiency in UX/UI design
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually.
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design trends.
  • Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout.
  • Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design, Illustration, Visual Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience
