Job description

Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect to oversee the technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys. The role involves leading integration solutions, ensuring compliance, and providing mentorship to developers while driving continuous improvement in DevOps processes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Journeys, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and DevOps standards.
• Govern the full release management lifecycle, including sandbox strategy, versioning, deployment validation, and production cut-over planning.
• Oversight on the technical delivery of integration solutions, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware integrations (MuleSoft)
• Ensure code quality and compliance through peer reviews, static code analysis, unit testing, and adherence to security and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conduct design reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes by analyzing deployment metrics, addressing bottlenecks, and implementing automation to improve velocity and reliability.
• Manage production support, including troubleshooting critical issues, communicating with stakeholders, implementing monitoring mechanisms, and ensuring quick recovery through rollback and hotfix pipelines.
• Ensure compliance for HIPPA and GDPR etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and CloudPages, with hands-on development using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong experience in building and optimizing omni-channel customer journeys, segmentation logic, dynamic personalization, triggered sends, and audience automation.
• Advanced proficiency in data architecture, including Data Extensions, synchronized data sources, Contact Model, subscriber key strategy, and large-scale data integrations with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to design and develop responsive, brand-compliant email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring deliverability and accessibility best practices.
• Proven experience building automated workflows, performance tracking, and end-to-end solutions integrating MC with CRM systems, APIs, and external platforms.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, consent models, and enterprise-level campaign processes including CAPA documentation, approvals, and audit requirements.

• Ability to work independently in agile or hybrid delivery models, while guiding junior associates and ensuring delivery.
Preferred:
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulated marketing environments, handling HCP/patient data, compliance tracking, and approved content workflows.
• Familiarity with Einstein STO, contact engagement prediction, and experimentation (A/B testing, holdback/control group analysis).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub, DevOps Center, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work as a team lead, collaborating with offshore teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and client teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience developing reusable modular components for emails and CloudPages to enhance campaign efficiency and standardization.
