Junior Marketing Manager

Location: Can be located in Houston or Jersey City, NJ Part Time 20 Hours Per Week. $40- $45/hr.

Junior Marketing Manager - Corporate Communications (52wks): This role is responsible for managing internal communications for Wealth Management advisors. The role will work closely with the Senior Director, Employee and Executive Communications; VP, Sales Operations; Wealth Management Marketing team and other internal partners. Primary responsibilities include crafting and disseminating communications for Wealth Management advisors such as emails, newsletters, and organizing town hall meetings and market update calls. Additionally, the role may support broader communications for field distribution and Retirement Services more generally, as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of communications experience within financial services, proficiency with Outlook distribution lists and the ability to set up various types of meetings using MS Teams. Experience with Unily, Aprimo and SharePoint is a plus.
