Job description

Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a rapidly growing product organization undergoing a full brand evolution. This role supports an external creative agency and assists with day to day execution across packaging, digital, advertising, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking direction while growing into more ownership over time.


You Will:

• Assist with updates to product packaging and label designs based on established brand guidelines

• Support creation and maintenance of product imagery and visual content for digital product listings

• Help develop advertising creative for digital marketing platforms including paid social and search

• Design marketing collateral and promotional materials for events and trade shows under senior guidance

• Support editing of short form video content for promotional and educational marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with an external creative agency to help execute brand direction accurately

• Assist in managing multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines

• Support additional design and production requests as business needs evolve


You Have:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic, digital, and/or production design

• A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creative range

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Foundational understanding of typography, layout, and color management for print and digital applications

• Interest or coursework experience in video editing for marketing or advertising purposes

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities

• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling

• Eagerness to learn and take direction, with growing self-direction over time

• Nice to have exposure to website platforms such as Shopify or landing page builders

• Nice to have copywriting or messaging development interest

• Nice to have familiarity with Canva
