We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 10+ years of experience delivering geotechnical solutions for bridges, dams, Levees, and other major infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and mentorship with opportunities to work on challenging, high-profile projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geotechnical design and analysis for bridges, buildings/ structures, dams and levees.
  • Oversee field investigations, inspections, and geotechnical reporting.
  • Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support proposals and occasional marketing activities.
  • Ensure safety compliance and represent company values.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or Geological Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with expertise in dams, levees, and/or large bridge foundations.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (Ohio PE preferred).
  • Experience with ODOT projects and/or U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's highly desired.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Available for occasional short-term travel.
