This role requires technical competence, leadership, accountability, and

a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. As a lead position, this role directly impacts

revenue, customer satisfaction, team morale, and the company’s ability to grow and

Scale. This position requires regular travel, including overnight stays, and the ability to

adapt to changing schedules and priorities. This role involves re-keying, cleaning, testing, and

programming gaming machines, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring quality control.

The Expert Game Technician will also be responsible for training junior technicians and

preparing inventory for deployment. Represent the company professionally at all client locations

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintenance and Repair:

● Rekey, clean, test, and troubleshoot gaming machines to ensure optimal performance.

● Build classic arcade cabinets.

● Ensure equipment is ready for installation.

● Maintain a sense of urgency to avoid delays that impact revenue and customer

● relationships

Training and Development:

● Train junior technicians on best practices for maintaining and repairing gaming

equipment.

● Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members.

● Programming and Technical Setup:

● Program gaming machines and computers to ensure proper functionality.

● Learn to wire and hook up gaming equipment and related hardware.

Warehouse Management:

● Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy access to equipment and parts.

● Prepare inventory for deployment to various locations.

Quality Control:

● Perform quality control checks on all gaming machines and equipment

before deployment.

● Ensure all equipment meets company standards and specifications.

● Inventory Management:

● Manage inventory levels and ensure all necessary parts and equipment are available.

● Track and document inventory usage and needs.


Deployment:

● Provide clear, constructive feedback to Operations and Sales to support

successful installs

● Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks where applicable

● Identify potential issues related to space, power, internet, or compliance


Inventory, Tools & Equipment Care

● Assist with inventory management and tracking of deployed equipment

● Ensure all equipment is scanned, logged, and documented per company policy

● Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, working condition

Leadership & Professional Expectations (Critical Role Requirements)

● As a Game Technician, you are expected to:
