Position Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to build and maintain end-to-end web applications in a Microsoft-centric environment. This role focuses on delivering scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces while contributing to system design and engineering best practices. You will work independently on complex features and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in an Agile setting. This position sits at the intersection of UI and backend engineering—delivering complete features from database to browser, while supporting system reliability, maintainability, and scalability within a Microsoft technology stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Own features across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including schemas, complex queries, and stored procedures (T-SQL)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tooling, and development practices

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional software development experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in full-stack software development with strong Microsoft stack experience
  • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SQL (T-SQL)
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS
  • Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio / VS Code, and work tracking tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit
