Job Summary:
Seek Now is a fast-growing, profitable tech company transforming how insurance claims are inspected and resolved. As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing products that power the business, building new features, and influencing tools driving industry change.
Responsibilities:
• Build & Innovate – Develop new features for existing products while also architecting entirely new product suites and initiatives.
• Own the Stack – Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs, powering both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate & Mentor – Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, and support junior developers in growing their craft.
• Shape the Future – Leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in insurance tech.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven ability building and maintaining RESTful APIs and serving multiple frontends.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid background with Java and Spring Boot (or similar).
• Comfortable with relational databases and schema design.
• Strong critical thinking and the drive to tackle complex challenges.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred:
• AWS experience (S3, SQS, SES)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Linux system administration skills
