Remote (United States-based) | Full-Time


L2 Brands is a multi-brand apparel company home to League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team and help design, build, and support the software that powers our core business operations.


About the Role


The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and improvement of enterprise software applications. This is a hands on engineering role covering the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through coding, testing, deployment, and production support. This position reports to the VP of Enterprise Technology, with a dotted line technical alignment to the Principal Software Engineer for architecture, development standards, and code quality.


You will develop and maintain software using C#, .NET and .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, and modern web technologies, while collaborating closely with ERP Support, IT operations, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver practical, reliable solutions.


What You Will Do

Software Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET and .NET Core, and related technologies
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic supporting enterprise applications
  • Build and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server

Service Desk Escalation and End-User Support

  • Investigate and resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring engineering analysis or code level changes
  • Engage directly with end users to clarify issues, validate requirements, and confirm resolution
  • Partner with ERP Support to determine whether issues stem from software defects, data problems, or configuration gaps

Rapid Response, Hot Fixes, and Production Support

  • Respond quickly to urgent application issues, production defects, and business critical requests
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operational stability
  • Test and validate hot fixes and application changes before and after deployment

Systems Integration

  • Design and develop integrations between internal systems, ERP platforms, ecommerce platforms, and third party applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues affecting business operations

Requirements:What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or a closely related technical role
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and full software development lifecycle practices
  • Experience with C#, .NET or .NET Core, SQL Server, and related Microsoft development technologies
  • Experience developing APIs and integrating multiple systems
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience troubleshooting production applications, debugging defects, and resolving urgent technical issues
  • Experience working in a ticketing, service desk, or business application support environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP connected applications, ecommerce platforms, inventory workflows, order processing, or operational reporting
  • Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud hosted applications
  • Experience creating user facing support notes or repeatable troubleshooting documentation
