Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Tampa Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will join a highly skilled, multi-discipline software development team to provide expert technical leadership on multiple projects. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing software applications that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and mission-critical decision support. The position requires deep technical proficiency, leadership in software and data architecture, and the ability to operate effectively within classified programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement software solutions that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multiple secure environments.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
  • Develop and adapt data visualization interfaces to help analysts explore their data (front end development)
  • Design and deploy solutions consisting of front-end and back-end components.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements in all development activities.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team designing and deploying software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and data integration issues across distributed systems.
  • Work with customer in Agile software development process to understand and develop software and project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience working with a modern programming languages (Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript)
  • Experience working with RDBMS's and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with a modern front-end framework (Vue, React, Angular)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles
  • Experience with containerization capabilities such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and tools (Gitlab, Harbor, Nexus, Argo CD, etc.)
  • Experience designing and deploying microservice based solutions

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
