Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer Location: North Texas Employment: Direct hire or contract-to-hire Working arrangement: Primarily on-site, with potential flexibility Currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative development team. This is a hands-on, back-end-leaning position focused on building new products and features while enhancing an established software platform. The successful candidate will contribute across the full technology stack and participate in architecture, design, testing, and delivery. Responsibilities Develop new applications, features, and product capabilities. Build back-end services and APIs using C# and .NET. Create and enhance modern web interfaces. Translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions. Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions. Develop and optimize relational database solutions. Write unit and integration tests. Troubleshoot complex technical issues. Break larger projects into manageable development tasks. Mentor and support less-experienced engineers. Participate across the full software development life-cycle. Required Experience Five or more years of professional software development experience; seven-plus preferred.
