We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java-based application development, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies while driving high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Able to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, proactive 

•            6 to 10 years of Hands on and strong Java coding experience. 

•            Experience in Databases , SQL, Vertx, Kafka

•            REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, 

•            Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, Github, Jenkins, 

•            Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring boot

•            Java Multi-Threading / Concurrency

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java Spring Boot-based applications.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services and APIs.

Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and related technologies.

Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices and coding standards.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT).

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
