Location: Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)


Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on development role requiring strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud-native technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Java-based enterprise applications.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop modern UI solutions using Angular.
Implement containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.
Work with Kafka and MQ for event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
Frontend development using Angular 19+ and RxJS.
Experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.
