Job description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and support our client in Herndon, VA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging a wide range of software applications and systems.
  • Use your knowledge of security concepts, networks, and system internals to deliver robust solutions
  • Contribute to project milestones, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of excellence
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical problems as they arise

What you'll need:

  • 7 years of experience with software applications & systems 
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as: Python, Java, C++
  • Experience with frameworks and technologies including Docker, Django, Flask and/or Apache
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field 

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Exposure to front-end tools and data technologies
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud tools like Azure, libvirt/qemu-kvm, libguestfs, and qpid
  • Experience in debugging and network analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies
  • Familiarity with virtualization and guest file system tools
  • Experience with distributed messaging
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Experience with databases
  • Experience with performance optimization libraries
