Job description

The work: 

Seeking a motivated, full stack developer with strong technical, logic and interpersonal skills who is up for the challenge of joining a high-performing software development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop and deploy complex software solutions to meet the expanding needs of our client and business associates. You will grow to be a "go-to" person for advanced application development tasks involving front end, mid-tier and backend development, SQL Server, web apps, function apps, and other Microsoft capabilities. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work directly with business subject matter experts to transform business requirements into complex technical solutions while liaising with developers, applications/operational staff, technical project managers, test engineers and cloud engineers. You will develop automated, performant, streamlined processes that use multiple disparate data sources to create solutions to meet business needs. You will creatively explore the boundaries of Microsoft technologies to prototype, design and deliver optimal, and maintainable code while assisting with database design and production deployment and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions using .NET, C#, React, NodeJS, Javascript, Azure Services, webapps, and function apps
  • Use requirements gathering and research to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needs
  • Field requests from stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and responding with data solutions that satisfy the needs
  • Assist in documentation of current processes and development of documentation for new processes along with other methods of knowledge sharing
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, including solution design, development, code review, source code control, testing, deployment
  • Prioritize attention to detail and accountability to meet critical deadlines
  • Flexibility in schedule based on business need. While night and weekend work is generally not required, critical deliverables must go out on time
