About the Role
As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications that support critical business initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build modern, high-performing digital solutions.
In This Role, You Will
  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with architects, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in application modernization initiatives and contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance improvements across applications and services.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Expertise working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
  • Experience developing front-end applications using Angular (versions 13-16).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience using Python for automation, scripting, or application development.

Salary and Compensation
The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be between $81,337 and $136,500, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base salary, eligible associates may participate in performance-based incentive programs and other compensation initiatives where applicable.
Compensation decisions are based on multiple factors including skills, experience, certifications, business needs, and market conditions.
