Job description

Position Summary

As a Junior Analyst, Cruise Product Operations, you are responsible for the technical integrity and availability of our cruise and travel portfolio. This role focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of product loading, from building complex travel packages and updating the content management system (CMS) cruise pods, to onboarding new partners and troubleshooting system discrepancies.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with an eye for detail. You will manage the flow of information between our Operations, Finance, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure our customers have access to the most accurate rates and a seamless booking experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain comprehensive cruise packages and promotional rates within the Paisly ecosystem.
  • Manage the Cruise Content Management System (CMS) by updating cruise pods and maintaining rate accuracy on the website.
  • Execute the loading of cruise rates, promotions, contract extensions and rate revisions with a high degree of precision.
  • Actively monitor inventory availability and proactively flag any discrepancies or issues to the broader team.
  • Assist with new partner onboarding and support, including translating complex contracts into functional rate pages.
  • Provide partners and cross-functional teams with critical onboarding assets, including FAQ documentation and contract links.
  • Set up and manage partner access to internal portals and tools.
  • Coordinate training sessions between partners and the Operations team to provide updates on promotions, products and processes.
  • Assist Support teams with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Identify, open and manage technical tickets with the Technology team to resolve website glitches, iSell/iSell Connect issues, and rate inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to update pages and ensure all promotional content is aligned with live product.
  • Maintain the Interline Rates Sheet and ensure all SharePoint tasks, Outlook logs and image assets are up to date.
  • Perform audits to ensure 100% accuracy of documents, reports and reservations before they are pushed live to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience. 
  • One (1) year of analytical or Content Management System (CMS) experience.
  • Effective research skills including the ability to analyze information and make determinations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • High level of being detail oriented.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure team environment.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%).
  • Pass a ten (10) year background check.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • One (1) year experience working with iSell or other cruise booking platform experience.
  • One (1) year of inventory allocation experience.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective time management skills.

Crewmember Expectations

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.
