Position Summary

This role leads the operational execution and data integrity efforts across ERP systems within the Clutches & Brakes (C&B) Division of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Sector. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate sales and purchase order processing, maintaining master data consistency, and resolving pricing discrepancies. It also serves as a key liaison between the Milwaukee HQ and plant operations, driving alignment on priorities and system readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Correction
    • Review and correct sales orders and purchase orders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal controls.
    • Address discrepancies in billing, buyer codes, and PO email routing as neededbetween ERP systems
    • Help operations transfer inventory electronically
    • Maintain Pricing in all 3 sales organizations
  • SAP Master Data Management
    • Create and maintain Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Source Lists using SAP ERP systems
    • Ensure material master data is accurate and synchronized across multiple SAP environments (e.g., Altra PRD, RRX SAP)
  • EDI Pricing Error Resolution
    • Utilize SAP transactions to identify and correct EDI pricing errors, ensuring accurate pricing transmission and order processing
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with Plant Operation teams to align priorities, resolve system issues, and support cutover activities for SAP deployments
    • Participate in meetings and communications with planners, buyers, and IT ERP leads to ensure smooth operations and data integrity
  • System Access & Role Mapping
    • Support SAP role provisioning and access setup for business users across CUU2 and El Paso plants
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy and reduce pricing errors.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including ITAR and proprietary data handling
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Contribute to commercial operations strategy by providing insights from order trends, system performance, and plant feedback.
    • Support talent development and cross-functional collaboration across planning, customer care, and IT teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP operations, order management, and commercial operations.
  • Experience with master data governance and EDI troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with supply planning, IT, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Salary Range

$81,900-$92,900

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
