Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst to support a growing operations finance team. This is a newly created role driven by business growth and a broader shift toward deeper customer partnership and operational accountability.
This position sits at the intersection of Operations, Accounting, and Finance, supporting large scale infrastructure projects and working closely with operational leadership to ensure strong financial performance and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial oversight and reporting for project based work
  • Assist with routine financial processes, including billing support and cost tracking
  • Work cross functionally with operations and project teams to evaluate performance and outcomes
  • Review and analyze financial activity to identify trends, risks, and variances
  • Contribute to forecasting, planning, and performance analysis initiatives
  • Help ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and standard financial practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis for Financial Analyst Level
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis for Senior Financial Analyst level
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail oriented mindset
  • Collaborative communicator comfortable working across functions
  • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to large financial systems is a plus
Compensation:
$65,000-$85,000 (Depending on level and years of experience)
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision
PTO is offered on an accrual basis
Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
