We are looking for an amazing Junior Analyst to help support and prepare key business analytics. This person will also support annual operating budgets/future forecasting. Weekly reporting on key performance metrics to the field is also required. Gathering and maintaining requested information for 3rd parties is also part of this position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven analytical and organization skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & ability to take on more tasks as they come. Ability to think outside the box, true analytical thinker and not just process follower.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
Experience: 1 -3 years previous experience in a similar role. Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred.
Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills is a must; Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Experience with Adaptative favorable. Ability to quickly grasp new software, IE payroll platforms, and Yardi Systems.
