Job description

Junior Financial Analyst

Location: Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (On-Site)
Company: Neto Capital
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30AM–5:30PM
Start Date: Immediate / Based on availability
Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and level

Position Overview

Neto Capital is a business financing company in Sunny Isles Beach. We're looking for a Financial Analyst to own our financial models, reporting, and forecasts: tracking portfolio and company performance, preparing management and investor reports, and supporting budgeting and cash flow planning. We're open to candidates from 1+ to 5+ years of experience — scope and responsibility will be matched to your level, with senior candidates leading modeling strategy and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models covering portfolio performance, cash flow, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for management and investors.
  • Track company and portfolio KPIs, including collections trends and risk exposure, with Underwriting and Risk.
  • Improve reporting processes, internal controls, and the company's data and AI-driven analysis tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field a plus).
  • 1+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, banking, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to explain conclusions clearly to non-finance stakeholders and handle sensitive data with discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in business financing, lending, investment analysis, or financial operations.
  • Investor reporting or portfolio performance analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms, accounting or ERP systems, CRM, or underwriting tools.
  • Experience mentoring or leading analysts, or building reporting processes and internal controls; additional languages a plus.

Why Join Neto Capital?

  • Direct visibility into company and portfolio performance at a growing FinTech company.
  • Work with in-house AI/ML-based financial and reporting tools.
  • Close collaboration with Underwriting, Risk, Operations, and management.
  • Clear path to grow into senior Finance, Risk, or Portfolio Management roles.

Company Description

Neto Capital isn't a bank — and that's the point. We're a South Florida-based fintech company rewriting how small and mid-sized businesses access capital. While traditional lenders bury business owners in paperwork and make them wait weeks for an answer, we move in hours. As a direct funder specializing in Merchant Cash Advances and alternative financing, we combine smart technology with real human decision-making to get businesses funded fast — no middlemen, no runaround.

We're a lean, fast-moving team where things actually happen. Decisions get made in the room, not lost in a chain of approvals. Your ideas won't sit in someone's inbox — if it's good, we run with it. That means real ownership, real growth, and a front-row seat to how a modern lending operation scales.

The fintech space is exploding, and we're building something big in it. If you're looking for a place where you can move fast, level up quickly, and be part of a company on its way up — not just another seat in a corporate machine — Neto Capital is where you want to be.
