You will be in the business, working directly with leadership, helping drive decisions that impact real dollars.


Opportunity

We are looking for a hungry, high-capacity student who wants real exposure to finance, operations, and growth.

You will work directly with our leadership team on:

• Financial reporting

• Forecasting (AOP / business planning)

• Data analysis across markets, trades, and customers

• Operational problem solving


What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain financial models (revenue, margin, forecasting)

• Support monthly business reviews and KPI tracking

• Analyze job-level profitability, labor trends, and purchasing data

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting (FY26 AOP and beyond)

• Work with large datasets (ADVANCED Excel required, Power BI a plus)

• Identify issues ? bring solutions (not just observations)

• Current student or recent graduate at University of Central Florida (Finance, Accounting)

• Strong in Excel (you know your way around formulas and pivots)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• High ownership / low ego

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

• Willing to be in-office and engaged with the team

• Nike-level work ethic – you show up early, stay late when needed, and take pride in outworking expectations (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)
