Job description

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated digital marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and client success teams, focused on digital channels - including LinkedIn advertising, Demandbase ABM, display, and email - to engage target accounts and move prospects through the buyer's journey.
What you'll be doing
  • Plan and execute digital strategy supporting integrated campaign strategy, aligning with regional campaign managers, to grow awareness, engagement, marketing qualified accounts (MQAs), and sales qualified opportunities across global targets
  • Own and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across all key personas in Opus 2 buying groups
  • Lead the utilization and optimization of Demandbase as the core ABM platform, leveraging intent data, buying signals, and account-level display advertising to ensure coverage across target accounts in alignment with sales
  • Manage digital ad campaigns across display and social channels, continuously testing creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance and ROI
  • Develop and manage email programs to keep engaged contacts warm and move top-of-funnel prospects through the buyer's journey to conversion
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling digital ad creative and landing page experiences relevant to target audiences
  • Coordinate with regional campaign managers and marketing operations on ABM execution, audience targeting, and performance reporting
  • Deploy digital marketing strategy to accelerate in-pipeline opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance regularly, using data to evaluate effectiveness and optimize programs
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates (LinkedIn, Demandbase), and emerging best practices

Requirements
What we're looking for in you
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and programmatic advertising, preferably in SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Business Manager - building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across all LinkedIn ad formats and reporting on pipeline influence
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase or a comparable ABM platform (e.g., 6sense), including intent data, journey stages, and account-targeted display advertising
  • Proven track record of achieving pipeline and ROI targets through optimization of digital marketing campaigns at scale
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead nurture, reporting, and campaign attribution
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with campaign dashboards, conversion data, and performance reporting
  • Expert at developing and executing integrated marketing plans that combine digital and field tactics
  • Strong, decisive project manager able to multitask and prioritize concurrent campaigns and programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective both collaboratively and in a remote/virtual environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
