We are pleased to announce openings for a DevOps Engineer who will join our Technical Solutions Division and JSTC2 Team in Huntsville, Alabama to build software that provides warfighting training exercise participants unparalleled access to information about the unfolding scenario. You'll be part of a team that is not only modernizing the interface to the underlying warfighting simulations but also finding new and innovative ways of surfacing deep information about the scenario, providing end users with the right information right when they need it. You'll work at the intersection of infrastructure, software engineering, and AI to enable the development team to deliver impactful, secure, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities: As a DevOps Engineer, you will build, improve, and maintain development, automation and delivery pipelines that enable our software team to develop, test, secure, and deploy capabilities reliably. You'll collaborate across a large development, testing, and integration teams, supporting their ability to develop, test, and deploy capabilities quickly and securely. You will: * Build, maintain, and improve development and test environments. * Create and support containerized development and deployment workflows. * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI) with automated testing, linting, and deployment. * Implement and enforce GitLab merge request policies and code quality standards. * Create shell scripts and config files to streamline setup, reproducibility, and remote development. * Collaborate with software engineers, testers and cybersecurity teams to transition capabilities (including AI) into production-ready systems. Basic Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field. * 4 years of experience in DevOps * U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Candidates must meet all basic qualifications to be considered.
