About the Role:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards. This role requires overseeing technical aspects of electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing personnel to deliver innovative solutions. Ultimately, the Senior Electrical Engineer will drive the successful execution of electrical engineering projects that support the company’s strategic objectives and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • PCB Design and Layout which includes ART/of traces on boards
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as PMP certification or Agile practices.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency with electrical design software such as Altium /PCB design.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE), and safety regulations applicable in the United States.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical system issues.
  • Experience with embedded systems, power distribution, or renewable energy technologies.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors.
