ProSidian Seeks a Instructional  System Designer - Junior - Transition and Economic Development headquartered near Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area to support an engagement for Government - Federal (USA) Sector Clients 0 

This HR | Exempt position currently best aligns with the Junior Instructional  System Designer Labor Category and ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive "Jugaad" and dialogue targeting mission success.  ProSidian Team Members work to provide a broad range of general management and business support services, including program and project management; governance and strategic integration; policy analysis; curriculum and training; and data analytics and evaluation for Veterans Benefits Administration, Transition, and Economic Development requirements.  Work in this environment helps promote, advance, and instill a culture of civilian readiness for service members, Veterans, and their families by providing early access to VA benefits and resources as well as access to a network of partner organizations working together to accelerate their economic empowerment and well-being.

Instructional  System Designer - Junior - Transition and Economic Development Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS: 541690), Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy (NAICS: 541690), and Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services (NAICS: 591690) and Performs tasks related to planning, coordination, and development components of instructional design based on the findings of occupational analysis;  determining the learning objectives and task learning relationships, clustering learning events, organizing course content, and developing instruction design plans; and analyzing learning problems, selecting teaching strategies using appropriate models, and developing course plans using this information. Tasks may include identifying training needs, presenting recommendations, and delivering learning solutions to address performance gaps; leveraging instructional design and performance improvement processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials and performance improvement programs; working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop training interventions that incorporate best practices in behavioral and cognitive sciences to effectively address business and performance objectives.

Qualifications

The Instructional  System Designer - Junior - Transition and Economic Development shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.  The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Minimum Education for The position as a Instructional  System Designer - Junior: BA/BS degree for Instructional  System Designer - Junior: BA/BS degree | Positions as Instructional  System Designer - Junior in this environment require 3 years Minimum Experience providing services and working in structured environs as a Instructional  System Designer specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for Specialized areas such of Govt. Policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of Service members from military service to civilian life. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Transition and Economic Development (TED) supports VA's mission by helping you and your family navigate VA benefits and services, use partner resources, and get the support you need. TRAVEL:  Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.  Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
