Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Data Science Intern for Fall 2026. This intern will support data science efforts for our Breakthrough division by assisting in day-to-day operations as well as in the execution of a summer project solving a data science problem.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Data Science team with incoming requests:
  • Contribute to client projects

  • Query and visualize data

Support other Internal Data Science functions
  • Model maintenance and performance management

  • Data cleanup initiatives

  • App maintenance

Execute and present a data science project to Breakthrough's senior leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field involving problem solving and critical thinking, or equivalent work experience.
  • Junior or Senior status preferred.
