In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights, improve warranty processes, and help elevate service performance across a global network.


Your Impact

As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing business operations, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly support warranty operations, enhance service delivery, and influence strategic decision-making.


What You’ll Do

In this dynamic, customer-focused role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform routine business analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling

  • Interpret and translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Analyze warranty claims, customer interactions, and operational workflows to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Support the development and implementation of systems to capture and track business operations data

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product registration, warranty coverage, and claim status
