Job description

This position will be onsite three days per week and remote two days per week.

Scope of Responsibilities: The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely regulatory filings while supporting enterprise reporting across underwriting, finance, and operations. This role balances compliance obligations with ongoing business reporting needs, ensuring efficient use of capacity throughout regulatory cycles. The Analyst partners cross-functionally to produce reliable reporting, maintain data integrity, and support both statutory requirements and internal decision-making

Job Summary: The Data Analyst partners with Regulatory and Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams to develop and maintain scalable reporting processes that support both regulatory requirements and business operations. This role translates regulatory and business requirements into structured reporting outputs, ensures data accuracy from source to submission, and supports operational performance reporting. The Analyst improves reporting efficiency through standardization and automation while strengthening audit readiness and reducing compliance risk.


  • Manage and deliver required state and federal regulatory reports within established timelines
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory requirements and translate them into reporting specifications
  • Gather, validate, and reconcile data required for regulatory submissions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on reporting requirements
  • Support audits, inquiries, and regulatory responses with required documentation and analysis
  • Maintain documentation of filings, methodologies, and supporting data
  • Produce recurring business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Analyze client performance, trends, and utilization patterns
  • Support Operations through data preparation, analysis, and reporting inputs
  • Build and document repeatable, scalable reporting processes
  • Automate manual reporting processes in partnership with Data & Analytics
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability from source to output
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems and reports
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate reporting outputs and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Skills Required:   

  • Strong investigative, analytical, and technical skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and legislative language and translate into reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality control
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • S. in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Ability to translate business questions and partner requirements into systematic processes
  • Very Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • MS-SQL Server and relational database experience
  • Familiarity with BI, ETL and reporting tools a plus

Compensation:

$65,000-70,000 per year.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
