A rapidly growing AI technology company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, user growth, and business performance.

This role will work closely with leadership, product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and AI specialists to analyze user behavior, measure business performance, evaluate experiments, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities Product & User Analytics
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and churn trends
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key product and business metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and user experience improvements
  • Develop user segmentation models and behavioral insights
  • Identify characteristics of high-value users and opportunities to improve retention
Experimentation & A/B Testing
  • Design, analyze, and report on product experiments and A/B tests
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics
