Job Description
Schedule: Monday- Friday; hours are flexible
Location: This position offers hybrid flexibility, if desired. You will be required to go onsite at Bloomington Hospital 1 day per week
Responsibilities:
  • Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives.
  • Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
  • Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
