The Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering Oracle EPM Cloud-enabled transformation across diverse industries, partnering with clients from diagnostics through implementation.

  • You will engage with client stakeholders to assess needs and pain points and translate them into solution requirements for Oracle EPM Cloud (EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS, business rules).
  • You will use data-driven analyses and interviews to diagnose current-state issues and develop actionable recommendations across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • You will configure and support full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • You will develop and present client-ready deliverables (process designs, dashboards, user stories, test scripts) and facilitate decision-making.
  • You will support change management, training, and adoption to help clients realize measurable outcomes from new processes and technology.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams to integrate AI, data platforms, and scalable processes that drive timely, accurate insights.

The Team
Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Business Finance offering helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our clients deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Completed 1+ full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementation(s) in one or more of: Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), business rules.
  • 3+ years of experience with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS, business rules).
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience in requirements, solution design, or delivery.
  • 1+ years of experience managing engagements or workstreams.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting presales, proposals, or RFPs.
  • 1+ years of experience mentoring or counseling junior practitioners.
  • Advanced degree.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
