Harmony Wellness Psychotherapy LTD. is seeking devoted and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is centered around delivering telehealth services primarily to adolescents and young adults. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Wellness Psychotherapy, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community and peer support among participants, all with a maximum of eight clients per group to ensure personalized attention.
• Participating in case discussions with fellow clinicians to promote collaborative learning and professional development.
• Documenting client progress and treatment plans promptly and accurately in our secure, cloud-based management system.
• Providing assessment and support during preliminary intake sessions in collaboration with the Admissions and Assessment team.

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults facing multifaceted challenges in their lives. By employing trauma-informed care, you will help clients navigate their mental health journey, particularly as they confront issues like anxiety, depression, and substance use. Your expertise will play an essential role in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable healing.

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active independent licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed therapists are welcome, as we provide supervision opportunities.
• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time (up to 40 hours per week) for W2 employees.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and cloud-based communication tools.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience working with adolescent and young adult populations, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and a proactive approach to professional development through ongoing education. Experience in teletherapy is highly advantageous but not mandatory.

We offer an attractive compensation package starting at USD 115,000, with potential growth to USD 130,000 annually.
