Harmony Wellness Psychotherapy LTD. is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Our counselors play a crucial role in addressing the growing mental health needs of adolescents and young adults, providing support through telehealth services. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the potential for either a contract or W2 employment status, with a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing telehealth technology.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Participate in weekly case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage with the Admissions and Assessment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and work collaboratively with other service providers to coordinate care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adolescent and young adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues. Our typical client demographic includes individuals experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety related to academic performance, and substance use challenges. With a commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships, you will have the opportunity to engage deeply with a manageable caseload, limited to a maximum of eight clients per group session.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Current licensing as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, with consideration for junior-licensed clinicians who seek supervision.
  • Availability to commit to 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on chosen employment status (contract or W2).
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in providing telehealth services or remote counseling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools like Zoom and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults, specifically addressing issues of mental health and substance use.
