Senior Account Executive, Digital

Do you enjoy helping brands build meaningful connections through social media, digital storytelling and integrated communications? Are you passionate about using digital platforms, audience insights and emerging technologies to create campaigns that drive engagement and business impact?

As a Senior Account Executive, Digital at Zeno, you will support integrated digital communications programs for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with account teams, strategists and cross-functional partners, you will help develop digital strategies, manage day-to-day campaign execution and contribute to programs that strengthen brand visibility, reputation and audience engagement.

This role is ideal for a digital communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to manage client workstreams, mentor junior team members and contribute to integrated campaigns across social media, creator marketing, paid media and digital communications.

  • Client Management & Team Collaboration: Support day-to-day client relationships by managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables and contributing strategic recommendations while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across digital, creative, paid media and analytics teams.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications or a related field within an agency or similar environment.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated digital communications or social media programs.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, community management and digital storytelling.

  • Experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

  • Experience interpreting digital analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and communicate results.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other digital reporting or social media management platforms.

  • Experience supporting creator marketing, influencer engagement or online community programs.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience contributing ideas and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
