We are hiring a Part-Time Junior Accountant. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply!

Position: Junior Accountant

Status: Part Time (Salary)

Location: in Office (Stafford, VA)


Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Management or Financial Management.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or internship with accounting firms. Exposure to government accounting and experience working with government clients is preferred.

Must be a US Citizen with eligibility for a security clearance.


Position description:

Perform monthly reconciliations of expenses.

Manage credit card expenses.

Assist with management and tracking of contracts funding.

Manage company travel forms and expenses.

Manage salary surveys and general pricing efforts for contract bids.

Assist proposal efforts with any other accounting requirements.

Manage time cards and track correct charge codes.

Track PTO and employee time-off codes.

Work in a team setting, assisting with various other accounting tasks, as needed.
