Junior Coders often collaborate with teams, follow coding guidelines, and enhance their technical skills. This role is ideal for those starting their career in software development and looking to gain hands-on experience.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a junior coder?

To thrive as a Junior Coder, you need a basic understanding of programming concepts, familiarity with at least one programming language, and often a degree or coursework in computer science or related fields. Experience with version control systems like Git, as well as exposure to coding environments such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ, is highly beneficial.
